For days, even though we spent hours doing stuff at the site, at the end of the day it wasn't really noticeably different. Today we finally got to the "kit" part of the house setup. Also, the building inspector came by to check out our foundation, so hopefully we will be backfilled tomorrow which will make working on the first floor a lot easier. We've got everything ready to go for the first floor joists and headers tomorrow morning.
